I have had the privilege of having Debbie Steenkamp help me to both purchase a home when I moved to Coldstream, and then sell a home when I moved away from Coldstream. These were two very different markets being a much quieter market when I bought with limited properties in our price range that met our criteria and a crazy market when we sold.

When buying I was new to town and knew very little about the neighborhoods and the town itself. Debbie quickly figured out what my husband and I were looking for and narrowed down properties in neighborhoods she knew we would be happy.
