The backyard would have the morning sun and the afternoon shade! This one has it all, sunshine, creek and crown! Boundary pegs are obvious and marked on the road side of the lot with orange surveyors tape on the barbed wire fence on North Fork rd. Back pegs are missing along the creek end.
